Corrective Exercise: Build Strength, Improve Posture

Improve your posture and movement with our one-on-one corrective exercise sessions, tailored to address imbalances and reduce pain. Each session is priced at $75 and focuses on strengthening weak areas, improving alignment, and enhancing overall function. Whether you're recovering from injury or aiming to correct long-term issues, our personalized approach ensures you build strength and stability for long-term wellness.

For those unable to visit our office, we offer virtual corrective exercise sessions at $45 per hour. While in-person guidance is ideal—especially for complex movement compensations—this remote option provides expert instruction to help improve mobility, strength, and alignment from home. To get the most out of your session, you’ll need a camera set up in front of a hallway or walkway where you can take at least 8–10 steps forward and back. A sturdy, non-wheeled chair that keeps your hips above your knees, the ability to adjust your camera for lying-down movements are required. A light pair of exercise bands with handles, along with 5–10 lb dumbbells, are preferred. Clear camera angles are key, so a cheap tripod is recommended for the best experience.

FAQs

Yes! Many clients benefit from integrated sessions that include Rolfing®, massage, and movement therapy for more lasting results.

If this is your first experience with Rolfing, or it’s been more than 5 years since your last 10 series, this is perfect for you. This is a foundational step for new clients, and a great opportunity to clear out new tension that has built up since your last sessions. If you have recently experienced the traditional 10 session series, then your body should have the adaptability to work effectively on maintenance.

At Painless Stride we are able to affect a wide variety of structural and functional issues, which don’t all fit on this page. If this is a concern then we recommend scheduling a 30 minute complimentary session in order to provide the best recommendations. If for some reason we do not have the solution, one of our professional affiliates may have the answer, and we will direct you accordingly.
